Flexibility is not a pre-requisite: this is a judgment-free zone where everyone is welcome! You can expect emphasis on alignment, simplicity, and the integration of props to increase your strength and flexibility and find full-body relaxation.

Learn how to modify poses to best suit your body – this class is also suitable for people recovering from illness or injury, athletes who want to compliment their workouts with stretching, and anyone looking to find more ease of movement for daily life.

You’ll experience slow-paced movements that are easy on the bones and joints, accompanied by guided meditations, breath work and soft music. You can expect mostly floor-based postures and the occasional incorporation of chairs as props – this is a low-impact class with minimal getting up-and-down.

Bring your own yoga mat and plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up. Additional (optional) props you are welcome to bring may include yoga blocks, blanket, cushion or bolster, or an eye pillow to enhance your practice.

All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.
