Whether you’re getting together for a girl’s trip, celebrating a wedding or bachelorette, or enjoying a family getaway, adding a yoga class to your itinerary is a wonderful way to connect with each other, practice self-care, and make lasting memories.
How it works:
- We bring the whole package to you: mats, music, and experienced local instructor included!
- Choose from our class options below or request a customized session.
- Forget fighting traffic: We bring the class to your vacation rental or location of choice. Let us do the driving, you do the relaxing!
- Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing in advance of your appointment time. The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 48 hours notice…..95% Refund
24-48 hours notice…..75% Refund
Less than 24 hours notice….. No Refund
Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances. In the case of cancellations due to extreme weather or on the part of Smoky Mountain Yoga, a full refund will be returned.
Smoky Mountain Slow Flow
Our most popular practice, this gentle class balances the perfect amount of effort with ease. Connect mind, body and breath as you flow through feel-good postures and find your calm. You’ll be left feeling refreshed and renewed! Appropriate for beginners.
Restore + Recover
Long hike, or long night? Restore + Recover is the prescription for that! This therapeutic, floor-based class is designed to help you get grounded and release tight muscles. You’ll be guided through breathwork as you deepen into poses held for longer periods of time, achieving a sense of center and stillness. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
Get your sweat on with this fun and fast-paced flow! We’ll turn up the music and turn up the heat for a vinyasa practice that will leave you feeling energized and ready to conquer the day. Who says you can’t get a workout in on vacation?
