Cozy up with your favorite notebook (or we’ll bring one for you!). In this session, we will intersperse a gentle yoga practice with thought-provoking journal prompts and ample time to write. No previous experience required. Instructor will prepare a theme, or request your own.

Channel your creativity! This session begins with a gentle yoga practice, and then we bring the answers to deep reflection questions to life through the medium of colorful drawing. No artistic skills required! Instructor will prepare a theme, or request your own.

Yoga + Tarot

A group yoga class sets a centered and introspective tone before individual tarot readings follow. Re-align with your body and re-connect with your path as the cards reveal questions and answers to your personal inquiries.
