This therapeutic class is designed to help you find more ease of movement, relax and restore harmony in the body and mind. You’ll experience slow-paced movements that are easy on the bones and joints, accompanied by guided meditations, breath work and soft music. You can expect mostly floor-based postures and the occasional incorporation of chairs as props – this is a low-impact class with minimal getting up-and-down.
Bring your own yoga mat and plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up. Additional (optional) props you are welcome to bring may include yoga blocks, blanket, cushion or bolster, or an eye pillow to enhance your practice.
All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.
