Caroline Iantosca

Owner and founder Caroline Iantosca is an experienced yoga instructor who loves the mountains and loves to move! A former backpacking guide in the Smokies, she began teaching yoga to help her clients recover from the impact of hiking long miles and find deeper connections within themselves and to nature. She is fascinated by the body’s ability to heal, adapt and transform, and is currently pursuing certifications in Massage Therapy as well as advanced studies in yoga. She is trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Prenatal Yoga, as well as yoga for pelvic floor dysfunction. Her classes are the perfect balance of work-out and “work-in”: her creative flows come with a side of guided meditation and inspiration for daily living.

Taylor Miller

Sevierville native Taylor Miller loves all forms of yoga, especially Power Yoga for its faster pace. She discovered yoga 10 years ago as a way to ease anxiety, and it was tough emotional times that led her to deepen her practice and become a certified instructor. Sharing her passion with others is one of the things that makes her shine brighter, alongside being a 1st grade teacher and mama to a little boy! In her free time she enjoys reading, exploring the Smoky Mountains and adventuring in her Jeep.

Heather Jagels

Heather brings 18 years of experience in practice and 4 years as a certified yoga instructor to the table. Her passions include breathe work, mobility, strength practice, and incorporating yoga theory and principles into real-world use. She loves working with all levels of practitioners and sharing time on the mat here in the Smokies! She is also the owner of Sevierville’s local yoga studio, Mountain Zen Yoga.

Cidney Bachert

Cidney is a knowledgeable yoga instructor who loves to bring energy to her classes and encourage everyone to become more comfortable with themselves and their bodies. After receiving her 200 hour certification in Costa Rica, it became her mission to help others connect with themselves and their highest potential. She loves teaching power flow classes or those geared towards activating your inner divine feminine energy. Cidney is also Reiki I and II certified and is an intuitive tarot and oracle card reader.
